Software Delivery Analyst – Europe
You will be assisting McKinsey consulting teams, providing expert client service in strategic and operational topics and contributing to new product development.
This includes gathering and analyzing information leveraging advance analytics methodologies and discrete simulation tools, e.g., Anylogic, SimPy, Simio etc., formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You may also be responsible for presenting results to client management and implementing recommendations with client team members.
Qualification:
University degree and excellent academic record required; advanced degree preferred, degree in mathematics/computer science/data science is plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, fluency in English is a must

Data Engineer I – US
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines using Python and AWS services.
You will develop and optimize ETL processes, leveraging orchestration tools to manage complex workflows, while implementing data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborating closely with application developers, data analysts, and data scientists, you will gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Additionally, you will automate data processes and deployments using CI/CD pipelines, as well as monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with data manipulation libraries
Extensive experience with data warehousing concepts, best practices and SQL
Understanding of AWS cloud services, including (but not limited to) S3, RDS, Lambda, EC2 and IAM
Understanding of software development principles such as project architecture, version control (Git), test-driven development, etc. are important for this role

You will support McKinsey consultants and clients in the TMT industry by collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information that helps solve specific business problems, with a focus on the LATAM and US markets.

Data Operation Engineer I – India
In this role, you will manage data pipelines and refreshes to ensure seamless data processing and availability.
You will investigate and fix data pipeline failures by conducting root cause analysis and applying necessary remediations.
Additionally, you will optimize and maintain data pipelines to support data integration and transformation.
You will build processes that support data ingestion, data transformation, qualitative analysis, and dependencies.
By working closely with data provider teams, you will resolve pipeline issues impacting data freshness and accuracy. When data feeder teams are unable to resolve discrepancies, you will raise and implement data fixes, ensuring data integrity in reporting layers.
