Job description
Completes all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
Responsible for meeting personal annual fee production goals.
Must involve in day-to-day site visits as assigned by the manager
Should perform property due diligence & market research
Assists in procurement, development and day-to-day management of clients.
Develops a thorough working knowledge of all systems needed to support the valuation process and generate valuation reports.
Participates in team meetings and collaborates by sharing ideas and information with others.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Preferred:

Job Description:
Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non-routine activities.
Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.

Accounting Intern/Trainee – UK
Job Description:
– Client Servicing (Fund Accounting and Investment Oversight) including:
– Support with quarterly and year-end accounting and reporting for properties and related ownership entities.
– Assist with the preparation of IFRS and Local GAAP annual accounts.
– Coordination of all the information flow between the client (business), Fund team, property manager, SPV accountant and Investment Oversight team.
– Assist with group consolidations.
– Calculation/review of straight-lined rent incentives and other IFRS Adjustment.
– CIT, Deferred Tax Asset (DTA) & Deferred tax liability (DTL) estimate/calculation and preparation of tax analysis packs.
– Coordination of explanations and answers on management accounting packs.
– Validation on the intercompany positions reported.
– Coordinate and support the audit process.
– Supports clients in transactions (Sales/Acquisitions/Entity set ups and liquidations).
