Service Engineer
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Service Engineer to join CXP in our rapidly growing Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team in Dublin.
Collaborate with Engineering & PMs to ensure the availability and performance of services
Participate in on call coverage rotation (approx. 15% of time)
Provide leadership to all customer-facing teams during incidents
Improve Customer experience by reviewing data, owning RCA’s, and driving Service improvements
Drive improvement in the Azure platform by incorporating customer feedback
Identify and drive implementation of customer centric mitigation methodologies
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a great teammate.
Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management skills.
Data driven with a focus on business results for projects undertaken.
Demonstrated ability to develop key partnerships.
Proven communicator in a technical environment
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field 12 months of graduation or graduated within the last 12 months.
A year or two of experience programming in C++, Java or other computer programming languages preferred.
Some technical expertise on Azure services and capabilities and/or cloud platform an advantage. Platform knowledge (Windows or Linux), and ability to diagnose and debug.
