Associate/Sr. Associate -MSET Vendors Support Institutional Equity Division – US
The basic skills required for this role are the ability to understand and navigate client workflow, assess cost and risk, manage large datasets and manipulate data in response to queries confidently, completely and promptly.
The key elements of the role are –
Experience with third party Execution and Order Management Systems
Detailed understanding of FIX protocol and connectivity workflow
Review and execution of client and 3 rd party vendor requests
Management of cost and profitability of vendor relations with new client onboards
Liaison with IT teams to drive IT enhancements goals
Job Requirements
We are looking for a confident and outgoing person, who has exceptional attention to detail and takes initiative.
Bachelor’s degree from any stream with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience .
Exposure to / knowledge of different equity and equity derivatives asset classes is desirable
Exposure to / knowledge of Financial eXchange Interface (FIX protocol) and different order and execution management systems is desirable
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel including macros and visual basic (preferable)
Familiarity with databases and the ability to manipulate/analyze data confidently

Analyst – Field Service – Wealth Management – India
Job Responsibilities:
Review and approve T&E expense reimbursement requests primarily for field advisors and branch personnel
Ability to review a high volume of detailed expense reimbursement requests meeting/exceeding expectations for production and quality in a fast-paced environment
Provide world-class customer service to both field facing and internal counterparts in all interactions
Ensure all expense requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner; if there are any issues, resolve / escalate on a case-by-case basis
Research and resolve problems and deficiencies in a timely manner
Apply Firm policies and procedures on expense review and approval activity
Proactively participate in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
Provide and receive feedback and suggestions on ways to improve processes that are in place
Apply critical thinking when making decisions on items to evaluate risk and client experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate, Wealth Strategies Group – US
Job Responsibilities:
Support External Strategy Specialist in managing a large geographic territory.
Act in consultative manner with sophisticated advisors in implementing advanced strategies.
Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to service assigned advisors.
Provide technical and sales support when possible and partner with Eaton Vance wholesalers inside territory footprint.
Become proficient and be able to present on ultra-high net worth strategies and vehicles.
Serve as liaison for multiple departments such as operations, legal, client services, portfolio managers, Eaton Vance Sales, and product management.
Be primary driver of analytics and the processing of transitioning equity accounts.
Provide support and problem resolution for ultra-high net worth vehicles.
Lead coordination of problem resolution between Eaton Vance and affiliates.
Assist in contracts and account opening.
Qualifications:

Responsible for supporting sales efforts of Associate and Strategy Specialists for the firm’s high net worth sales team. This includes assisting with analysis requests, facilitating the onboarding of new accounts for clients, providing client service support, and assisting the team in requests that come through the group telephone line.

Equity Research – Consumer Staples Analyst/Associate – US
We are seeking an Analyst-level or Associate-level individual to join our #1 Institutional Investor ranked Consumer Staples team in New York City, covering the beverages, household products, and food sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain earnings, valuation and industry models leveraging skills in accounting, finance and economics.
Write research reports for initiations of coverage, analysis of data, earnings results, and industry news.
Interact with institutional investors, respond to requests for models and data analysis.
Keep abreast of industry-related news flow. Analyze implications of news/industry developments to companies under coverage.
Develop and maintain relationships with investor relations personnel and management of companies under coverage.
Conduct industry diligence and primary research through surveys, expert conference calls, and various channel checks to evaluate industry trends.
Assist internal sales and trading teams in the timely analysis of breaking news in the sector
Qualification:
