Job Description:
The Real Estate Investing team is looking for a Full-Time Pre-MBA Associate (2024 Summer Start) to support the Acquisitions group in several areas, including:
Preparing financial analysis and presentation materials for potential investment opportunities across both core and opportunistic strategies and all product types
Managing due diligence of potential deal closings
Coordinating market due diligence
Working directly with investment sales brokers, joint venture / operating partners, and developers
Helping to execute business development initiatives
Researching and analyzing various investment strategies
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with superior academic performance
1-4 years of prior work experience in the real estate field, ideally at a leading real estate investing, lending, development, brokerage or investment banking platform
Experience with real estate financial modeling and Argus DCF or Enterprise
Strong analytical and technical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meet critical deadlines

Analyst – Call Back Verification Team (Wealth Management Operations) – Australia
Job Responsibilities:
Perform independent Callback Verification with the authorized person(s) of the account to verify identity of the same and to validate asset transfers and changes to customer static data.
Manage internal and external fraud risks related to asset transfers and changes to customer static data.
Appropriate escalation of exceptions to team lead/Manager.
Act as additional coverage for various tasks within the team including fee billing.
Qualifications:
Desirable tertiary qualification in Finance or related fields
1-2 years financial markets experience would be an advantage.
Understanding of regulatory rules and how they apply to the business.
Strong attention to detail and is highly deadline oriented.
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Acute awareness of risk, with clear focus on control and timely escalation of risk items to management.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – experience of spreadsheets, formulae, and pivot tables to handle high volume.

Job Description:
Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to improve business process.
Confer with personnel of relevant organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems.
Write detailed description of user needs as well as functional and or technical specifications.
Review current business process workflow and scheduling limitations.
Study existing information-processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new system specifications to improve production or workflow as required.
Prepare workflow charts and diagrams.
