Technical & Business Operations Analyst- Fresh Graduate – Philippines
Job Description:
• You will perform ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, triaging of issues, and follow-up with relevant teams for resolution.
• You will apply your skills to effectively use the existing knowledge base and documentation for quick-win and first-level resolution.
• You will perform queue management for assigning tickets to other teams, and follow up for timely resolution while keeping track of SLAs.
• You will update checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking, following standard operating procedures.
• You will ensure the seamless handover between shifts and monitor and publish the SLA achievement by keeping track of all KPIs.
• You will ensure crystal clear communication and documentation as a point of contact.
• You will perform validation, verification, and correction, wherever applicable, of artifacts of the system (reports, bills, event records, screens, and so on). You will report and properly document any errors that are detected.
• You will perform basic software system operations, using the online screen, running maps and jobs, basic configuration/installation, and taking backups.
• You will work on fallouts from various applications, journalize manual billing requests, process payments, and customize miscellaneous activities.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any Computer Science, Engineering, and IT-related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates (Year 2024/ 2025).
• 0-11 months relevant work experience writing software code in at least one programming language.
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and development.
• 0-11 Experience in Production Support/Application Support.
• Preferably with Telecommunications background and experience during his/her internship.
• Willing to work on a Dayshift (Hybrid set up) in BGC, Taguig City.

Administrative Assistant (0-1 year) – India
Job Description:
Support key leaders vital to the growth and sustainability of Amdocs that includes scheduling meetings, interviews, and customer visits.
Coordinate and plan material for staff meetings, including preparation of minutes.
Arrange offsite meetings, conventions, conferences and seminars.
Show off your PowerPoint skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
Assisting with internal projects, coordinate and execute employee welfare activities, and maintaining strong back office support for management travels.
You will help welcome new employees, play a role with desk-side support as needed, handle office equipment needs and Outlook distribution lists.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
0-1 years practical business/administrative experience or equivalent.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office computer programs, specifically MS Office.
Good in written and spoken business English

Responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to a global customer base.
Maintains ownership of the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, identifying bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

Invoicing Specialist (Graduate) – Europe
As an Invoicing Specialist, you will gather transactional data, process customer billing, and manage cash collection. This key role within Amdocs will see you ensuring efficient and accurate invoicing across the bill-to-cash (B2C) cycle, maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders, project managers, and business owners.
Qualification:
A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Billing will be considered an advantage.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent knowledge of Excel; proficiency in macros or BI tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Payroll Specialist – US
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing, validation and produce accurate pay to employees in accordance with the instructions and adjustments provided by HR. Also, the payroll specialist should maintain accurate data and ensure that payroll deductions and reporting comply with the local requirements in country. The payroll specialist has a range of duties that includes a high-volume multi-state payroll, assisting with resolving state and local tax issues.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, with at least 4 to 6 years’ solid working experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Experience handling multi-state payroll.
Understanding of payroll tax laws.
Knowledge of year end reconciliation.
Strong skills in MS Excel and with background in SAP.
Strong experience using ADP or other payroll systems.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, handle system enhancements and upgrades.
Must be analytical and detail oriented
Can work with minimal supervision
Ability to cope with ambiguity and change and maintain high level of professionalism when working under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multi-cultural business environment.

Job Description:
