Knowledge Analyst – Singapore
Job Description:
As a Knowledge Analyst (KA) within BCG’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry or functional expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets.
You will work on commercialization efforts for Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area especially in
Southeast Asia, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications.
As a Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
The role occasionally requires travel to designated target locations.
Qualification:
1-2 years of relevant work experience with research, due diligence analysis and investments (incl. experience in Private Equity, Tech Capital, Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF), Pension Plan, Family Office, Hedge Funds, Real Estate & Infrastructure, and Venture Capital) topics required.
Experience and proficiency in financial modeling/market sizing/due diligence are essential
Experience with Big 4 advisory firms, in-house Mergers & Acquisitions teams, or Private Equity and Venture Capital firms is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia / Vietnamese

Finance Analyst – Global RTR process – India
Job Description:
Master accounting principles and financial systems, manage data flow, consolidation processes, and system hierarchies.
Execute monthly accounting tasks, including revenue and expense recording, ledger management, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Review and reconcile financial statements, focusing on consolidation, accruals, and variance analysis.
Reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts according to BCG policies.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve month-end system issues.
Maintain strong internal controls and support the development of accounting procedures.
Work independently, handle ad hoc requests, and contribute to key projects.
Assist the team in developing and documenting accounting procedures to ensure a seamless monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
Actively participate in organization-wide projects and initiatives, contributing effectively to their success.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with experience and strong interest in accounting concepts.
4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close, accounting systems and procedures, consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance etc.
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture.
Willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine tasks to intricate financial management data

The LOS IT Service Specialist position’s main responsibility will be to assist the Information Technology department with all aspects of technology as it relates to Case Team Support, Office operations, and BCG IT priorities. This includes user support, computer setup, maintenance and service, telecommunications, assisting with network and infrastructure maintenance, and all other technology needs as requested.
