As an analyst, your role will include client processing, data analysis and involvement in an enterprise-wide strategic business project. The Operations Campus Analyst Program (OCAP) offers new analysts:

Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year program (U.S.) or full-time undergraduate (UK) degree program with a strong focus on business-related subjects like Data Science Operations Management, Statistics and Analytics
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better (U.S.) or 2:1 (UK)
A strong candidate possesses intellectual curiosity and self-motivation, a drive to innovate, and a commitment to excellence
Strong creativity and problem solving skills
Should not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future, in the region where they apply
