Technical Analyst 1-Support
Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients and collaborate with project teams and vendors who are implementing software solutions. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving client incidents, and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. As you work with clients, you prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. As this is an entry-level technical position at Oracle, a technical degree is preferred i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA. OR functional degree + technical higher degree or in lieu of degree may substitute 4 years professional experience & professional certification (i.e., CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.).
