Technical Support Engineer 1

Job Responsibilities:

The Immediate Response Center (IRC) provides world-class incident management services based on ITIL best practices. The IRC Event Management (EM) represents a subset of IRC operations, designed to minimise potential client database, system, network, and application incidents through a combination of proactive monitoring techniques and cutting-edge automated tools. As a Technical Support Engineer I, you will provide technical support for internal tools/applications and processes.

In this role, you will proactively monitor system/application alarms, investigate, analyse, resolve, or escalate alarms and service requests. Your responsibility also includes, prioritising and managing work queue in accordance with service level agreements, documenting investigation and issue resolution, triaging issues to appropriate second-level resources for resolution, investigating and diagnosing performance issues of tools/applications. Additionally, you will troubleshoot by gathering information, shadowing end users, testing workflows internally/externally, analysing log files, querying tables, and updating database fields.

Qualification:

At least 4 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred:

At least 1 year experience in Application Support and SQL
Good knowledge and hands on Experience with Linux and SQL

Must reside in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka
Willing to work in shifts, additional or irregular hours (Night Shifts) as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organisational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Strict adherence to schedules.

Support Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, evaluate change and modification requests, implement electronic access for various clinical solutions and systems. This includes support of Enterprise Applications like Cerner’s Millennium, Soarian, Pharmacy, GE Centricity, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PeopleSoft, and many other such applications.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of total experience in software development
Demonstrated ability to write great code using Java, GoLang, C#, or similar OO languages
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, React, Vue or Angular and UX tools such as figma or equivalent
Proven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle
