Associate-FS-Tax-TAX – GCR – Global Compliance & Reporting
Your main objective is to help the Tax team deliver quality products using general tax knowledge gained from training or education and assistance from more experienced tax professionals. Contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring client engagements are executed in an efficient manner.
Ensure that the areas of work assigned are executed in accordance with the work programme and the firm’s methodologies and guidance, and professional standards.
Use electronic working papers, efficiently including various software applications and sources of knowledge in an appropriate manner to conduct research.
Acquire and demonstrate competence in technical knowledge, and compliance process by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
Analyze and convert data into a tax product (advisory/compliance) and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the product.
Where applicable thoroughly check documents and make available for tax inspections in an appropriate manner.
Actively seeking assignments when unassigned; proactively seeking opportunities to provide tax services

Analyst-National-Forensics-ASU – Forensics – Investigations & Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Execution of projects and coordinates the planning of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.
Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique
Preparation of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.
Qualification:
The incumbent will lead client engagements related to fraud investigations (for e.g.: asset tracing, money laundering, suspected violation of ethics, regulatory investigations & open-source intelligence), FCPA (Foreign corrupt practices Act) compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, dispute resolution support including assistance in matters pertaining to financial issues like business interruption, etc.. Strong leadership abilities, inter-personal skills, business development skills and good acumen of client business are essential.Experience

Associate Analyst – FTV QTT
The Associate Analyst within RMS team would be required to develop subject matter expertise on RMS / independence issues and shall be the first point of contact for customer teams. The individual will be interpreting RMS policies, determining required actions and making recommendations based on firm guidance. Other responsibilities include analyzing issues and producing deliverables to document the diligence with which such tasks were performed, as the work product for these individuals is subject to review and scrutiny by outside regulators. Interactions are generally at the executive level with client team members and RMS personnel.
