C&B Analyst – India

Analyzes and reconciles Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data, and executes regional and/or global C&B policies and processes.

Job Description:

You will implement Compensation and/or Benefits Strategy
You will execute regional and/or global C&B processes to support and align with the business’s needs and strategy.
You will support the implementation of C&B policies & procedures
You will analyze complex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making
You will provide an on-going support to the business on the various aspects of compensation & benefits
You will maintain an on-going contact with external compensation and benefits vendors
You will be involved with ad hoc projects as restructuring activities, mergers & acquisitions, Rebadge transfers.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree holder, Masters degree – advantage
Less than a year of experience handling C&B issues – advantage; incumbent, however, can be hired immediately after university (experience is not absolutely required)
Must have experience in and proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of formulas and macros
Some experience in the economics, finance department or HR – an advantage
Experience working in a multi-cultural global company – advantage
Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and administration of Sales Compensation Plan at Amdocs.
Collaborating with various stakeholders like HRBL, Divisional Finance Leads, HRES, Business Operations etc.
Reporting – Preparing reports on sales compensation and providing insights.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools like tableau – Advantage

Business Analyst (Pune)

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively engage with end users and customers to gather and document their requirements.
Collaborate with process teams to extract and define requirements, ensuring alignment with ITSM and ITIL best practices.
Leverage specific ITSM and ITIL experience and exposure to enhance project efficiency.
Demonstrate the ability to work closely with clients, distill their requirements, and collaborate with engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation and drive signoff on requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Perform rigorous testing in pre-Production environments to verify compliance with documented requirements.
Define test cases and acceptance criteria to validate successful implementation.
Manage incoming requests for new Catalog Items, updates to Catalog Items, and enhancements in ServiceNow.
Keep stakeholders informed of request status and timelines.
Possess in-depth knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Work effectively in a global setting, coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders to support international operations.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of business analysis experience, including work in global teams and cross-functional environments.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR domain, understanding HR processes and requirements.
At least 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including configuration and customization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey requirements and interact with clients and stakeholders.
Project management or project leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead and deliver successful projects.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a valuable asset, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
