Principal/Senior Engineers/ Engineers – Process – India
Job Description:
Assist in organizing the preparation of the Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Process Block Flow Diagrams (BFD’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD’s), Heat and Material Balance, Process Safety Diagrams, Material Selection Flow Diagrams (MSD’s), Equipment Data Sheets, and other required diagrams and documents.
Prepare equipment lists, line lists, data sheets, utilities summaries, metallurgy diagrams, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing calculations.
Perform checks on documents by verifying all required and relevant equipment are reflected on the diagrams through supporting documentation and relative design criteria. Identify ambiguities and clarify equipment requirements.
Organize the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s), coordinate with other engineering discipline in the integration of data inputs.
Provide process data to Instrumentation, HSE and other disciplines.
Review vendor documents and meet with vendor representatives when required.
Qualification:
B.E. / B. TECH – CHEMICAL ENGINEERING Specialization in Chemical / Petro Chemical Engineering preferred.
3-20 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Design Engineering (with minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, in consulting OR EPC company with Design & Engineering capability).

Principal Engineer – Controls & Instruments – UK, Europe
Job Description:
Undertakes discrete and defined activities under direct supervision of Lead Engineer. Responsible for communicating technical/ project issues potentially impacting the project to the Lead Engineer.
Functions as part of a team of engineers and will mainly provide assistance to other engineers or be responsible, under close supervision, for engineering of a small plant area.
The Engineer generally works under the Lead Engineer and will keep them closely informed of all activities and progress rams.
Reviews Basis of Design, philosophies, specifications, and other relevant documents. Identifies and resolves discrepancies and divergences from original proposal/contract to supervisory Engineer
Undertakes specific tasks/area of work under supervision, as defined by the Lead Engineer including preparation of Instrument Index & I/O schedule, Specifications, Loop diagrams,
Datasheets of field instruments, control valves, on-off valves, Analyzers, Fire Gas Instruments, sizing calculations of flow Instruments, control valves , Technical Bid Evaluation of field instruments, control & on-off valves, analyzers, Fire & Gas Instruments and Technical Requisitions for field instrumentation, control systems or bulk materials.
Should Have ICSS engineering knowledge & able to generate deliverables like ICSS database, cause & effects, control & safety narratives.
Should be able to review ICSS VDR.
Qualification:
BE with 5 +years of experience.

Construction Coordinator
Job Description:
Ensure all personnel and vendors are inducted and mobilized as per project schedule.
Ensure all delivery of safety related activities to the offshore project team meets the standards required by Petrofac.
Single point of contact for offshore questions and queries.
Promote awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality aspects of discipline of work to achieve fit-for-purpose engineering
Input Construction Technical expertise to the Engineering process
Oversee the project in line with the EPS BMS (Business Management System) and in accordance with relevant Petrofac / project procedures
Carry out / assist with incident investigations where required
Be fully conversant with Petrofac EPS HSEQ plan
Be fully aware of annual Safety Targets
Be fully aware of procedure when an offshore colleague is forwarded onshore for any medical checks or treatments/ medivacs
