Training Coordinator
Job Description:
Assist in the full implementation of the Competent Person (CPP) program and other competence assurance programmes and act as focal point.
Support candidates undertaking workplace assessments through site visits, phone and e-mail communications
Support Assessors and Internal Verifiers, ensuring adequate provision across sites in appropriate disciplines
Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and produce progress reports for management and Client.
Develop and roll out new competence profiles to suit changing contract work scope
Maintain employee training and development records on Oracle and asset specific spread sheets e.g. training plan, training matrix
Ensure safety certificates are valid and identify courses required, for personnel to maintain basic safety and response training as per asset training matrix
