IT Analyst – Engineering Support
Job Description:
Implementation & operations support of CAD design tools including and not limited to Autodesk, Hexagon, AVEVA & Bentley portfolio of applications.
Engineering License Servers setup, Administration, Utilization Monitoring & Reporting.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues in all engineering applications portfolio.
Gather application license requirements from all engineering disciplines for various engineering applications & Interact with the software vendors and seek licenses and support for the necessary software.
Technical support for Application License procurement.
Managing the proper access control for DB & Applications.
Essential Skills:
Minimum of Engineering Diploma from an Accredited College/University.
Experience in System administration of Oil & Gas EPC company related Engineering Tools
