spares to maintain maximum efficiency on the production line. You’ll manage stock, handle deliveries, and support safety and quality initiatives to keep everything running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Booking and allocating materials into our stock management system to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Conducting physical inventory counts to keep stock figures up to date.
Acting as a first point of contact for contractors, managing their sign-in/out process, and ensuring compliance with permits and safety procedures.
Responding to quality issues by taking prompt and effective action.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment through proactive housekeeping practices.
Operating equipment such as Pendant Controlled Overhead Cranes and Fork Lift Trucks to safely unload and move deliveries.
You’ll also have the opportunity to provide first aid (training provided) and support during major incidents, showcasing your commitment to safety and team support.
What you will need
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Qualification:
Good knowledge of engineering products and materials.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with diverse teams.
Computer literacy to manage stock systems and other essential tasks.
Strong customer focus, ensuring positive and helpful service to internal stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in stores or warehousing practices within an engineering environment.
Knowledge of SAP Material Management (training will be provided if necessary).
Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, such as cranes or forklifts.

As a Commercial Demand Planner, you’ll take charge of creating and managing both short- and long-term plans for your sector. You’ll use historical data, market intelligence, and sales projections to produce forecasts that inform business decisions and drive results.
You’ll be at the centre of collaboration, working closely with account teams, sales directors, and supply chain specialists to ensure plans are clear, achievable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
This includes:
Developing accurate forecasts using advanced tools like Anaplan and Power BI.
Managing and communicating the latest view, both internally and externally, to ensure customer expectations are met.
Producing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leaders.
Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements:
A degree in business or a commercial discipline (or equivalent experience).
Robust knowledge of market sector dynamics and supply chain processes.
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualisation software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Experience creating and interpreting forecasts, managing delivery and booking plans, and developing operational tools.
Desirable:
