Job Responsibilities
Consolidate all site materials needs.
Help inventory manager in complying to the schedule of MRP run of all sites centrally
Support for reviewing the specification and changes requested for completeness
Data analysis to identify the optimum levels of the inventory
Monitor, analyse the inventory.
Customer focus, analytical skill related to SAP/MMCS Module.
Selected candidate will be placed at Hazira Polyester Complex, Surat, Gujarat.
Qualification:
Full Time Bachelors Degree (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
Experience Requirement :
Overall experience 3-6 years out of which about 2-3 years relevant E&M direct field experience
(preferably in rotary of petrochemical/refinery) and rest experience in functions like Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Material, Automation, Material Handling, System, Procurement, Contracts etc.
Skills & Competencies :
Good team player and interpersonal skills
Sound Knowledge on IT, and exposure to digitization to implement the automation initiatives.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Analytical skill on inventory need & inventory optimization
Expertise in using data base, MS excel etc.
Good knowledge of SAP PM & MM Module.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Exposure of Equipment spares and consumables

Job Responsibilities :
Monitoring reciprocating compressor, GDU parameters on periodic basis & highlight deviation if any observed
Ensuring timely report of all incidents & analysis of it
Periodic glycol make up / oil top up etc.
Gas Gathering Station (GGS) start-up & shutdown activities
Understanding & operation of control system available in Gas Gathering Station (GGS).
Working knowledge of process safety management tool i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, RCA etc.

Job Responsibilities :
Execute Electrical Maintenance tasks with quality
Review maintenance activities, and prioritize critical jobs.
Carry out scheduled and chance based maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices, procedures of QMS, EMS current practices.
Conduct regular Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Facilitate and support minor projects
HSEF compliance (RESOP, MIQA, CFA, DOSHE mandatory trainings).
