Specialist, Building Controls
Are you looking for a rewarding career within Customer Service and Building Controls? If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Specialist, Building Controls position at Walmart!
As a Specialist, Building controls, you will be responsible for ensuring customer and associate safety and comfort, while minimizing service costs, for complex problems by conducting diagnostic techniques; providing proactive solutions to problems; applying advanced programming methods; implementing solutions; and following up to ensure effectiveness of solutions. You will also be performing special or unique programming projects to building controls systems by adapting or changing the building controls strategies, identifying, and responding to trends with alarms, defrosts, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer recalls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills. Tech savvy with the aptitude to quickly learn and apply new software skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Previous contact center experience. Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
Use Excel and SharePoint extensively to manage and maintain detailed records
Support record pickups and data management across multiple locations
Organize, update, and audit records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for the team
