Group Reporting Systems Analyst
Job Requirement:
Bachelor (Master as advantage) in economics, commercial engineering, or IT with a focus on business.
First professional experience in financial reporting with strong interest in IT, or IT experience with an interest/ knowledge of financial systems.
Technical savvy, proficiency using Excel and Microsoft Office is necessary.
Working experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW4HANA, SAP BPC, PowerBI is an advantage.
Fluency in English as this is our internal language, any other language is a plus.

Project Engineer – Metals
Job Description:
Perform field service, remote phone support, and system build support as required. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Represent ISRA VISION professionally on site.
Conduct site surveys, installations, maintenance, and repairs on vision inspection systems.
Work with vision inspection in the glass industry to detect defects in metal material during production.
Determine site and equipment requirements; outline interdependencies.
Understand customer goals; identify consequences of various solutions. Develop installation and escalation plans.
Configure system hardware, software, and network components.
Assemble and integrate system/product, and verify operation.
Use proactive monitoring to identify problem prevention opportunities.
Provide customers with an overview of installation activity, site-specific information, and access to appropriate contacts.
Conduct customer training; present information clearly and persuasively.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring they are met.
Handle customer-relations problems promptly and escalate issues as needed.
