We are looking for entry-level engineers to join our team. We have several opportunities available with teams in Seal Beach – Customer Support. We are looking for aerospace, and mechanical engineers to support Airframe teams.
Entry-Level Multi-discipline Engineers
This position is hybrid.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs structural analysis to determine structural integrity (margins of safety), using classical techniques and Boeing tools
Performs FEA analysis using Boeing tools
Develops structural math models and performs analysis, using finite element methods, to develop internal loads and stresses
Assists in the development of in-house tools to enable efficient performance of engineering tasks
Resolving structural issues to help return airplanes into service
Developing and analyzing repairs to be published in the Structural Repair Manual or Service Bulletins
Perform detailed investigations and analyses to preclude safety issues
Performing damage tolerance evaluations and crack growth analyses to determine airplane inspection requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics
Preferred Qualifications
Previous aerospace industry experience
Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

The Boeing Space and Launch team is seeking an Entry Level Unit Production Manufacturing Engineer located in El Segundo, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
Entry Level Unit Production Manufacturing Engineer
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Investigates technical problems. Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.
Qualifications:
A Technical degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with using Six Sigma and/or Lean principle tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
Computer proficiency and ability to use and navigate the internet and various computer software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
Bachelors Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Summary pay range Entry-Level: $68,000 – $92,000
