Engineering Management Acceleration Program (EMAP) – US
Are you interested in being part of a team that is driving the energy transition? At Siemens Energy, you can. Our technology is key, but our people make the difference. We are looking for recent college graduates with engineering degrees interested in joining our Compression Division for our Engineering Management Acceleration Program, a 3-year long rotational development program.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will complete three (3) one-year rotations. Each rotation will typically require a geographic relocation and introduce you to an all-new job function.
You will use fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assigned projects while learning about the business. Typical roles include Application Engineering, Project
Engineering, Product Design, Field Service as well as Digitalization, Supply Chain, Process
Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Controls Engineering, and Process Engineering.
You will have the opportunity to establish a network, gain personal and professional development, acquire product knowledge, and learn the complexities of our industry.
Qualification:
Willingness and ability to travel and relocate throughout the duration of the three-year Engineering Management Acceleration Program.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering, or related field by June 2025.
History of a strong academic achievement and growth mindset
Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience required.

Financial Analyst – Europe Hybrid (Remote/Office)
Job Description:
Understanding and operating the billing process within Business Controlling
Creating and analyzing reports for Plan/actual deviations
Supporting the month-end closing processes
Supporting monthly forecasts
SAP masterdata responsible for vendor & Customer maintenance
Interaction/communication with various stakeholders (Function Team leads; regular users; support functions; Business Controlling peers);
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field;
Level of experience: 2-4 years in finance field
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP knowledge
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English; basic knowledge of German is a plus;
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills;
Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis

Engineer – Repair Engineering – India
Repair Engineering Support will be responsible for locating and maintaining accurate, updated fleet information for Siemens Energy products. They will also be responsible for assisting the global repair network in their digitalization efforts, specifically within inspection and documentation platforms (DIJ, DSSO/OIL).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Turbomachinery (Steam Turbine/Turbo Compressor/Gas Turbine/Reciprocating Compressor) including knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, etc.)
Knowledge of engineering document types, standards, and specifications, including the associated storage, retrieval, and revision methods.
Ability to acquire proficiency in navigating legacy fleet information that may not be available electronically
Experience with rotating equipment, terminologies, and applications, and has a sound background in engineering fundamentals
Proven digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point) and basic 2D/3D software
Proficiency with PLM (Team Center/Globus) and ERP system (SAP or Oracle)
Willing to work in all 3 shifts including weekends – 24×7 support rotational shifts

Spare Parts Optimization Engineer – Europe
Job Description:
Return management of used major gas turbine components
Support in procurement of spare parts (new and used)
Clarification of unutilized project- and customer stocks
Ensuring delivery capability and reliability
Support in the implementation of solutions for technical problems
Partnership and support of internal customers, e.g. sales, PM, with commercial or technical questions regarding major components
Support in the optimization of logistical processes and inventory management
Qualification:
You have graduated from university, preferred Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or Data Science, or gained experience in any related field (Field Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer).
You bring experience regarding power plants and spare parts.
Basic knowledge of business administration and of the relevant market environment.
You speak English on a sophisticated level. German is an excellent plus, Spanish helps.
You are a very good communicator along with problem solving and proactive skills.
Excellent team skills with effective communication & social skills to blend in a multicultural and cross-regional working team, but also like to work independently.
Terms like empowerment and self-driven-agile teams is nothing new for you.
You work in an organized manner and do not hesitate to ask questions and address your ideas.
You have sophisticated MS Office365 applications skills, preferred first experience in data exploring as well as SAP capabilities.
