System Engineer ( Freshers )

Job Description

• Design engineering of Control, Protection & Automation systems / panels.
• Preparation of Basic / Detailed design documentation – Control and protection layout, bill of material and schematic preparations, configuration architecture and required documentations as outlined in the project scope.
Design documentation is facilitated by employing use of existing CAD systems.
• Discussion with customer for drawing approval/resolution of queries.
• Initiating loadings to factory for material procurement, fabrication and wiring of the systems under scope.
• Support to Sales/factory/commissioning team – as and when required

Eligibility criteria:

• Freshers with M. tech/B.Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in

Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with relevant experience

• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written.

• Should be an Agile learner and should be able to work either independently or as a team player.

• Critical thinking, Quality consciousness, reasoning and problem solving are an essential part of this position.

• Should exhibit flexibility and adaptability

Global Mobility Trainee – Europe

Job Requirement:

Execution of tasks related to Global Mobility Management for Siemens companies in 6 regions around the world;

Preparation of documentation & Data management: Extracting data from the market provider tool (Mercer) Housing, Airfare, Average Net Salary, and work the data in excel sheet and insert them into power point;

Comparison of Mercer data to country level values, calculating differences and expressing them as outcomes in excel tables;

Apply analytical skill for data and provide Sanity checks aligning exception with the Regional Managers;

Following up on approvals with P&O by sending emails and reminders;

Feeding new data/adjustments into new tables and saving them on GMM SharePoint;

Other administrative tasks required by GMM.

We are looking for someone with…

Education related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar (preferable);

Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus (Portugues, Spanish, German, French, etc);

Digital mindset: interest and experience in IT solutions/applications;

Associate Applications Engineer- Calibre (Physical Verification)

Job Description: 

As an Associate Application Engineer, you will be involved in a structured Training Program. This is a fast-track paid training program that challenges you to develop the expertise needed to tackle difficult technical problems.

Associate Application Engineers are members of a team of highly motivated individuals working with customers crafting the most sophisticated hardware and software systems in the world and whose applications span the electronics industry. This training program will give you outstanding insight into our technical marketing, product support, and sales organizations. Upon successful completion of this 12-month training program, you will be eligible to advance into one of these organizations. Post program opportunities include Field Application Engineer, Corporate Applications Engineer and Technical Marketing Engineer positions.

Associate positions require excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Some travel may be required. Applicants must be willing and able to relocate anywhere within the USA upon completion of training. This role is set to start June 2025.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. with semiconductor emphasis. Strong understanding in one or more of the following areas: custom IC layout, physical verification and the semiconductor manufacturing process. Lithographic patterning, Caliber DRC/LVS, C/Tcl/Python programming skills all are plus. Exposure to Linux platforms, networking, and running software across multi-machine/multi-CPU grid applications.

Associate Applications Engineer- Electronic Board Systems

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge of the PCB design process from schematic capture to layout is required: Xpedition,

PADS, Allegro, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, and/or Altium.

Knowledge and experience with signal integrity or power integrity analysis tools is highly desirable:

HyperLynx SI/PI, Keysight ADS, Ansoft, Sigrity or SiSoft.

Knowledge of SPICE or IBIS modeling languages is highly desirable.
