Job Description:
Coded, tested and resolved Loan Link utilizing Delphi programming technology.
Maintained and modified Loan Link; made approved customer changes and added logic to the base application
Maintained confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored and accessed.
Documented programming problems and resolutions for further reference.
Work as an Agile team with minimal direction, and work to deadlines while remaining flexible to changes.
Candidates must have effective team and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
To support Application maintenance activities including Incidents, Defects and non-ticketing items (Batch monitoring, Operations Support, Onsite coordination etc)
To handle project development / minor enhancement activities with on-time completions and high quality on deliverable
To identify and implement value adds and improvement opportunities on preventive maintenance, batch executions, report generations and process optimizations IT / Business benefits Must know ITIL process
Need to have comprehensive understanding of application maintenance and enhancements within commercial Insurance and provide support by working with multiple stakeholders
Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
Experience Range: 2-4 Years
