Associate/Sr. Associate – Employee Data Management (EDM)
Job Location: Mumbai
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24×5 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Experience Required: 1–6 years
Must Have: Employee Data management (EDM), SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM tool hands on Knowledge, HR Administration & HR Operations (Employee Lifecycle) activities
Job Description:
Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel.
Qualification:
· Minimum 1-6 years’ work experience within Employee Data Management operations
· Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
· Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
· Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
· Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability

Process: Payments
Location: Chennai
Job Requirement:
• Experience Should be into payments operation / Payment processing.
• Exposure should be into any of the payments (Swift payment / ACH payment / wires / MT103 / MT202 / Manual payments)
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree with (1 Year to 8 Years) can apply.
Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
Willingness to work in all Shifts
