Job Responsibilities:
Good oral and written communication skills (English/French)
Be focused on quality and achieve the highest level of precision in deliverables.
Must be goal oriented and have good knowledge of banking services and processes.
Must be able to perform other related service responsibilities as required.
Comply with policies and procedures to execute transactions, activities and processes within assigned authority.
Must be able to effectively manage all customer and branch call related transactions or escalate to appropriate internal business groups.
Respond to inquiries regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms.
Must be able to understand customer needs
Must be a go-getter, able to take responsibility and be proactive.
Qualifications :
Diploma of higher commercial studies
Cumulative average of 3.0 or more (Graduation obtained between 2021 and today)
Strong communication and writing skills BILINGUAL – French/English**.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
2 years of experience in call center or customer service.
Basic understanding of consumer collections and relevant functional procedures.
Ability to interact at different levels within Onshore Operations, Operations, Technology, Operations, Finance and Customer Relations teams.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer oriented, enthusiastic and flexible approach – ability to quickly learn new technologies/applications
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
