Location- Gurgaon (WFO)
Job Description:
This role involves monitoring videos to verify that featured items are correctly tagged and linked in descriptions, allowing viewers to easily find and buy these products on e-commerce platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content for further review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content policies and
procedures
• Execute comprehensive quality audits to assess accuracy.
• Train and mentor new content moderators on best practices and company policies
Qualification:
6+ months of quality assurance experience in moderation.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Ready to work from office
5 days working, rotational shifts & offs
Experience in content creation/moderation for social media.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support procurement operations through data cleansing, visualization, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw procurement data into actionable intelligence that drives cost savings and sourcing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Clean, validate, and standardize extracted datasets in line with industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other approved analytics platforms.
Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement data to identify tail spend, category-level insights, and cost-saving opportunities.
Segment and categorize procurement data by business unit, supplier, spend category, and geographic region to support targeted sourcing strategies.
Generate periodic reports and executive summaries for review by the client’s Procurement leadership team.
Translate data-driven trends and findings into clear, actionable sourcing recommendations.
Collaborate closely with internal buying teams to ensure data outputs align with sourcing priorities and project selection criteria.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Strong understanding of data cleansing and standardization techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
