Hiring Customer support associates for international Voice & Blended process
Domain: Telecom
Eligibility: Min HSC with 6 months of International contact center experience
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails to assist customers worldwide.
Provide exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
– 5 days working/US shifts
– Both way cab facility(Subject to boundaries)
