Project Engineer – AIF – India
Job Description:
To provide professional experience to the customer with respect to Project Execution and Project Management of their order by way of:
Build strong customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations by resolving customer escalations and check for feedback.
Handling complete project & ensuring completion per the contractual deadlines.
Ensure safety compliance all the time.
Strengthening the process of Site execution schedules for every project in specified region.
Ensures to follow processes for project execution as per the contract, coordination with all stake-holders.

Qualification:
Freshers / 1-3 yrs years of adequate experience in project engineering/Site management for turnkey/customized projects.

Field Service Engineer – SCE VNE – Vietnam
Job Description:
Develop professionalism Field Service delivery to customer.
Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
Able to delivery of service product (Start-up, Maintenance, Optimization, and Analysis) with excellent
Plan and manage On-time preventive maintenance for Improving tool performance and Extending tool lifetime
Be responsible for the onsite contract operational KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Availability etc.) and ensure the target fulfillment.
Update and report status of progression and KPIs directly to Service Leader / Service Manager.
Maintain regular meetings with customers to identify the customer’s requirement, analyze their demands and deliver gap closure plan.
Keep effective interaction with other function (such as project and sales) to setup and optimize the cross functional processes.
Support project with be assigned from Service Leader / Service Manager.
Maintain global operation standard of Field Service
Develop cost saving program and improvement activity (kaizen) as information to support renewal service contract proposal with Service Sale.
Support Service Business to achieve the target.
Maximize Service value to customers by deliver global professional PM & Calibration, Easy start, Optimization, Analysis
Qualification:
3 to 5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial Electric Tool/ equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalent.
High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Vietnamese speaking is a must and English literacy is preference
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Electrical background is preferred.

we are looking for an Internal Sales that will be responsible for the sales of spare parts and other service products for a wide range of vacuum pumps, mainly for our Atlas Copco branded pumps but also on some range of Edwards branded vacuum pumps.
You should be fluent in French (preferably native speaker) as your main targets are the business development of the French market, the active participation in marketing campaigns and the promotion of service products, working closely together with the other salespeople in France.
Qualification:

Engineer – Trade Compliance – India
Job Responsibilities:
Analyse the technical details like; working principle, functional parameters, materials, etc of parts / products of Atlas Copco parts & provide them correct HS code as per European, Indian, USA & Chinese customs & WTO guidelines.
Understand the logic behind The General Rules for the Interpretation (GRI) of the Harmonized
System, also known as the General Interpretative Rules (GIR).
Screening of parts for Dual Use regulations
Daily basis reporting to service centres mainly in Belgium, USA & India as well as other customer centres & product companies of Atlas Copco group globally.
Communicate with the global customer on daily basis & resolve the technical queries/issues raised by customs authorities.
Mentor fellow colleagues
Qualification:
Basics of mechanical & electrical engineering should be clear
Able to read & understand engineering drawings, structure of bill of material & supplier’s catalogues.
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English;
Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage;
Strong attention to details;
B. E graduate: 2-3 years of experience; in relevant field
