Exp: 2 to 9 years – Across India location
Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sepasoft MES Consultant to join our team to implement an Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing execution systems , specifically with Sepasoft software, and a strong background in batch processing and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope for EBR implementation.
– Design, configure, and customize Sepasoft MES solutions to meet business needs.
– Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system specifications.
– Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
– Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the EBR solution.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MES and EBR systems.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes.
Qualification:
– Overall experience 2-9 years.

International Mobility Specialist – India
Job Responsibilities:
Understand the Immigration and Mobility process and compliance requirements for the assigned region(s).
Understand the tools and technology to be used in processing requests and maintenance/storage of data.
Process requests for fresh work permits, and extensions, as well as local hires (where applicable) for assigned region(s) within the defined SLA with qualitative approach.
Understand the calculations & validations of minimum salary wage where applicable.
Collaborate with various parties involved in the process (for example, local HR for local hires, service providers, compensation team, Global team, etc.) for smooth and timely completion of request.
Ensure maintenance of all WP fresh, extension approval and RP card copies for all the assignees.
De-registration of RP / work permit with Immigration authorities as and when needed.
Ensure compliance to avoid overstay / illegal stay by the assignees in host country.
Maintaining the minimum salary wage report for all the assignees vs actual paid.
Understand changes in rule and regulations as they happen and update the SOP document accordingly.
Train junior resources on process, tools, and technology
Review the output by junior members (as applicable) and ensure quality.
Provide input on performance of junior members to the manager.
Lead/co-lead a country or region if needed to support the manager.
Professional experience :
1. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility.
2. Should have good communications skills (verbal and written) to be able to guide applicants with the process, as well as manage stakeholders.

Conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for institutional & corporate clients as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance remediation & refresh processes
Perform hands on task related to KYC and account opening (Including working with front office on information and documents, update system with relevant details, perform checks, validate &
upload documents, manage pipeline for new accounts and KYC rolling review- KYC refresh)
Produce accurate and quality work (90-95%) under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
Executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary
Meeting production target volumes and dates as advised
Communication with the front office staff and other employees involved in the maintenance of internal control standards
Identify and resolve or escalate, as appropriate, any issues in relation to the onboarding process
