Salesforce Business Analyst (Graduate Hire) – Singapore

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team with the aim of delivering overall value to the customer with Salesforce as the core solution.
Meet with stakeholders/end-users to understand their needs, problems, and desired outcomes; Document findings in clear and concise reports including (but not limited to) preparation of business use case, scope and functional requirements.
Work with the team to define functional and technical specifications for the new system/functionality/enhancement; Write user stories and design sample process flows to illustrate desired to-be solutions.
Translate and convey technical limitations to end-users and collaborate to find alternative workarounds.
Configure/code functionalities based on requirements/user stories, following established configuration/development standards.
Understand system functionalities, create test scripts, test & validate functionalities, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Craft role-based training materials, user guides and facilitate training.
Create data migration templates, review mappings and correct data with relevant stakeholders.
Create, update and maintain relevant project documentation as assigned.
Participate actively in all activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Track progress against deadlines, identify and highlight risks, ensuring proper communication within the project team.
Forge strong working relationships with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operational issues, or queries.

Job Requirement

Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
For non-graduates: Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce consultancy, configuration, business analysis or development
Relevant Salesforce certificates will be an added advantage
Knowledge or working experience in public sector is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity in diagramming modelling is preferred
Strong documentation and writing skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills with people from diverse culture and background
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong sense of ownership for project/tasks and responsibility
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Data Engineer – REMOTE

Seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure services. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and optimized for analytics and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and troubleshoot root causes of failures in pipelines built with Azure Data Factory.
Review team monitoring reports to identify issues and create corresponding User STpries / PBIs for resolution.
Monitor the status of Databricks jobs and ADF pipelines.
Understand the concepts of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes.
Work with Azure Cloud Services, Azure Data Factory and Python / SPARK (we use Azure Databricks).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering or related role.
Proficiency in Python.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services specially in Azure Data Factory.
Ability to review monitoring reports and create PBIs for necessary fixes.
Focus on system maintenance.

Preferred qualifications:

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate).
Experience with Databricks, Power BI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
