Job Description:
1.Need to come in rotation shift (once settled down) & act as a transport in-charge.
2.Monitor, record and MIS of bus arrival & seat utilization data
3.Book monthly / casual cars on day to day basis & ensure allocation
4.Attend bus / car passenger complaints and its resolution
5.Monitor & maintain bus / car statutory compliance
6.Physical inspection of buses / cars on regular basis and its records, co-ordination with vendor for earliest address of observations.
7.Co-ordinate and conduct drivers training on quality, safety & BBS
8.Checking and processing PPO, CJC & bills of hired vehicles in ERP LN system & Involvement in other digital initiatives of the dept.
