You’ll work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement.
This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
Qualification:
Undergraduate or masters degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
Degree in computer science, telecommunications, or other engineering/technical related field preferred
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

Assistant Finance Associate – Timesheet & Expense Reimbursements – India
Job Description:
You’ll be responsible for the Timesheet and Expense Reimbursement process, primarily processing of expense reports within the agreed service levels with high-quality standards by adhering to policies of the respective offices/regions.
You’ll be responsible for analyzing and auditing the expenses submitted on a daily basis and work on weekly/monthly reports such as office specific reports, internal process reports etc.
You’ll also work on timesheet for your respective location, and you will be closing the books on time with high-quality.
You’ll ensure that all process documentations are updated regularly and also volunteer for additional responsibilities when required.
You’ll be working independently and as a team to achieve the goals.
Qualification:
Graduate from finance/accounting
1+ years of relevant expense audit experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Job Description:
You will support our consultants and clients by collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information that helps solve specific business problems in Global Materials industries incl. Metals & Mining.
You will perform a wide range of research tasks on various Global Materials industries and topics from collecting market statistics to market modeling and developing perspectives that are relevant to clients.
Over time, you will develop as an expert and build up McKinsey’s knowledge base in these topics.

You will support consultants and clients developing capabilities to gain insights to solve specific client business problems, and will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to teams and clients.
In this role, you will prioritize research activities to make a change that matters. You will develop industry knowledge and expertise in the banking and insurance sector.

Job Description:
The role entails a broad range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on supporting starting and ongoing engagements.
This includes collaborating closely with McKinsey’s client development, operations, and advisory teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions and managing ongoing long term client activities.
