Job Description:
As an ACS Service Solutioning Advisor you will contribute to the continual evolution of our ACS EMEA Service Solution Architect community, assisting with community management, knowledge sharing, community communication and best practice collateral capture and creation
Provide presales service solution guidance to our Service Solution Architects and our sales force on specific service solutions
Participate with our ACS Service Solution Architects in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle service solutions
Participate in problem solving, with assistance and guidance, in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
Learn from experts from a wide network across Oracle’s EMEA and Global teams
Use Oracle internal tools, resources and network to learn and stay up to date with on innovation and leading technologies
Contribute as a team member on projects together with Oracle experts and leaders
Consult with the ACS Service Solution Architect community to understand their requirements and provide that community with assistance, collateral and improvement initiatives
Learn how to design compelling service solutions using Oracle leading technology and services innovation
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or up to 2 years relevant experience
Technical aptitude: You have an interest, understanding and curiosity in cloud technology and services concepts
Fluency in English and local language
Communication skills: You have an ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly.
