Entry Level Inventory Planner – Supply Chain Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Performs or maintains routine inventory procedures. Processes material returned from the customer and makes recommendations concerning disposition.
Enters, tracks and monitors customer requirements/inquiries using various job processes and systems to support our customers. Identifies and responds to customer supply chain management issues of routine scope and complexity using established processes, policies and practices for guidance to understand and meet customer needs.
Processes and tracks supply chain management data from multiple sources, prepares data and inputs into tools and models in order to maintain supply chain effectiveness and efficiency.
Processes and tracks supply chain requirements with internal/external suppliers in order to support demands and ensure best value (e.g., schedule, quality, price, cycle time) for Boeing and the customer.
Prepares for supplier/customer interface requirements or needs by supporting related activities to improve or sustain performance or program status.
Collects customer, supplier, and industry information to support the development, planning, testing, and implementation of process, product, system and program enhancements and revisions.
Qualifications:
Experience with supply chain processes
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
Formal Training in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience with spares or repairs order planning and execution.
Previous experience with Supply Chain Management activities.
Military Experience or Knowledge
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements
Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.
Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
Assists in performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain Management
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
2 + years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles
Bachelor’s degree or higher education and/or 4+ years of experience in a related field
Experience and/or proficiency with Oracle or SQL
Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Procurement Analyst (Entry Level, or Associate)
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
Measures key performance indicators
Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
Prepares reports
Reviews procurement/planning systems
Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements
Communicates project objectives and activities
Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of SAP

DevSecOps Developer (Virtual)
Job Responsibilities:
Develops, builds, tests and deploys standard automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions.
Provides information about and conducts investigation of basic technical and reliability challenges in the development and implementation process.
Builds and integrates basic software tools to enhance the product’s reliability and scalability.
Sets up development/production environments and deployment of standard application devices.
