Junior IOT 4.0 Consultant / Junior Industry 4.0 Consultant
About the role
As an Industry 4.0 Consultant, you will become part of our Industry+ team and will be assigned to key initiatives in solution development, proof of concepts and client engagements, where you will work alongside experienced Cognizant employees while gaining valuable experience.
You could be participating in any of the following activities:
prototype building
requirements gathering and understanding client needs
functional design
solution architecture
supervising detailed technical design
preparing and executing the functional/product tests before client handover
Training, Support and Coaching
When starting out, you will first attend an induction programme in Spain (virtual during Corona) for graduates where you will learn everything about Cognizant’s Digital Operations. (This training usually starts in January, May or September, although alternate starting dates can be discussed). After this induction you will spend up to 3 months learning:
Fundamentals of product design and development
Embedded/Firmware/Hardware development
IoT, sensory and analytics solution training
Customer project lifecycle
Throughout your first 18 months we will monitor your progress and offer coaching, training and support to help you achieve your long-term career goals.
Qualification:
A Bachelor or Master degree in technology
A strong affinity/interest in IT/ IoT
You must be authorized and eligible to work freely in the EU
Fluency in French or Dutch and English is a must
0-2 years’ work experience
