Amazon is hiring freshers for the role of Digital Associate for Chennai location. Please find the below Job Description for the same and criteria to apply for this role. Job description:
1) Work on a defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development.
2) Perform execution and report results accurately.
3) Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks/releases
4) Perform repetitive exercises based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
5) Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis
6) Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports and adhering to Productivity and Quality baselines.
7) Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution in the portal and closing the same as per the SLAs
8) Own the daily targets against internal and external dependencies.
9) Rotational Shifts
Eligibility:
1) Freshers / candidates with less than one year of experience
2) Candidates from Engineering or Arts or Science Graduation Completion is Mandatory
3) Candidate pursuing Graduation or awaiting results will not be eligible to apply
4) Candidates who have appeared for the same role in the last 6 months will not be eligible to reapply
5) Immediate Joiners preferred.
