Job Description:

Screening on day-to-day basis transactions in accordance with the
OFAC/EU/UN/HMT/UK/UAE policies.
To screen all International cross border payments in accordance with
international regulatory requirements in order to prevent money laundering,
suppress terrorism, and other illegal activities which includes
Prioritize cases in the order of currency cut*offs, FIFO basis and priority list.
Knowledge on swift message is required.
Escalating the Potential True match payments to next level Authorities.
Process Payment Screening (Sanctions Process) to handle all the activities
performed in transactions and stop the unusual activities. Investigating
about the unusual activities found and decide whether to stop the payment
or release it.
Knowledge of the USA Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering
legislation, the OFAC SDN list and purpose, HMT and EU sanctions and
OFAC regulations.
Ensures all False Positive Matches Sanctions transactions and payment are
processed in accordance with the AML compliance, AML regulatory
requirements, SWIFT and banking arrangements guidelines to avoid
reputational risk, eliminate/minimize interest claims and potential losses to
the Bank and escalate all “Positive Matches” transactions to AML payments
team as required

Job Responsibilities:

The employee is responsible in investigating live payments against
various sanctions list.
The employee is responsible in clearing the payments within the
respective country cutoff time.
The employee is responsible in adhering to bank internal & external lists

The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements. Job Description

The Analyst is responsible for configuring, testing Alight’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System and delivering low to medium complexity analysis and test plans which accurately reflect the technical capacity of the System to address the requirements of the client.
Configuring involves using systems and tools to design and set up tables/parameters. The Analyst role is to plan and deploy effective test suites and regimes for benefits program product design and software application development.
This role is also responsible for mentoring and coaching new hires on system configuration and test execution of the TBA platform.

Responsibilities:

Reviews client requirements documents and any preliminary test plans , rightly adhere to the Due dates and support the client delivery priority
Asks clarifying questions on the stated requirements, and effectively use the handoff time.
Utilizes relevant problem-solving resources as needed.
Escalates issues when appropriate.
Uses typical client requirements documentation to assist with analysis and/or test planning (Low and Medium complexity analysis)
Applies prior experience to deliver accuracy/completeness of Analysis and Test plans (Low and Medium complexity analysis)
Aware of the client’s business and changing needs
Configures the system to meet analysis specifications.
Flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
