Job Description:
Candidates will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and investment structures. Primarily on both the liquid and private credit spectrum and range from investing in public securities to providing highly customized and structured credit investments. The exposure involves end to end processing of Credit based portfolio of Buy Side Firm. Various functions surrounding Data Operations (Asset Setup / Recon / Maintenance against Market Vendors, Trade / Loan Settlement (Trade Booking / Matching / Settlement), Compliance test on portfolios (Monthly / Quarterly report ahead of Waterfall payment), Asset Servicing (Cash and Position reconciliation) and Treasury Operations.
Responsibilities:
· Reconciliation of Activities / Static data
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Communicate with other teams to gather information and resolve issues.
· Proper reports and presentations to internal and external teams.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of Bonds, Equity and other derivatives instruments.
· Provide support to other departments as needed.
· Adhere to process SOPS and checks.

4. Provide ad-hoc/on-going analysis and reporting for senior management
5. Lead technology and process improvement initiatives
6. Handle various ad hoc tasks/projects
7. Gain cross-functional exposure through different work processes
8. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across offices in New York, Hong Kong, and other Asia locations.

Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of graduation.
Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period.
Candidate should be 18 years or above at the time of registration
Selection process
Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business discussion
Service Agreement
60 months. Please note: You are liable to payback joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.
