Job Role: Mortgage Underwriting

Job Requirement:

Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).
Willingness to work in any Shifts.
Good Communication Skills.
Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand)
All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
Graduate with 2 – 10 years of experience in international us residential mortgage .
Knowledge of US residential mortgage underwriter with 4 C’S
underwriting including live underwriting , pre funding QC and post closing underwriting experience
Strong understanding of documents related mortgage guidelines.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail as the process involves payments.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate and above
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Interview Process Norms:

TCS will not be responsible for any loss of original certificates (X/XII/Graduation, PG, or any other certificates). This is the sole responsibility of the candidates.
Two/four-wheelers can be parked in the designated parking area.
Candidates must wait in the lounge.
Water dispensers are available.
Restrooms are located near the wash area of the cafeteria.
