Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans for construction projects, including interior fit-outs, high-rise structures, and pre-engineered buildings.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

3. Investigate accidents and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

4. Develop and deliver HSE training programs for construction personnel.

5. Prepare and manage HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documents.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and ISO 45001 standards.

7. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on HSE matters.

8. Participate in HSE audits and inspections.

9. Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry or equivalent.

2. Minimum five years of experience in construction HSE, with at least three years in a supervisory or management role.

3. Experience with interior fit-outs, high-rise structures, and pre-engineered buildings is preferred.

4. Valid Industrial safety diploma, certified by the State Technical Board (valid for one year, or equivalent).

5. Strong knowledge of HIRA, JSA, and SOP development and implementation.

6. Thorough understanding of Indian HSE regulations and ISO 45001.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
