Job Requirement:
Requires knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures, and ability to understand general HR practices and technology.
Experience of working on HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Darwin box etc. is preferable
Experience: 2-4 Years
Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook
Good Communication and analytical skills
Should be proactive and quick learner
Strong team player
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s / Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or other relevant field.
