We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR to join our dynamic team at Gallagher Center of Excellence.

Lead HRBP:
– Should have 6+yrs of experience in Business partnering role and talent management.
– Play a strategic role in driving operational rigor across the Automation Team by planning, implementing and monitoring key HR projects for the BU.
– Play an important role in implementation of strategic talent management efforts, starting with identification of talent strengths and needs Requirements include contributing to implementation of strategic talent plan, talent movement plan, talent development plan (L&D opportunities) for automation team.
– Provide insights, recommendation feedback and ideas on development of people plan.
– Manage the implementation of holistic plan (Ex- Talent Management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture).
Team Manager HR Ops/ Sr. Executive HR Ops
Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
– Team handling experience is must.
– Manage Background Verification processes and work closely with the finance team on payroll activities.
– Maintain precise employee data on our HR management system.
– Oversee the complete onboarding process, emphasizing a positive employee journey.
– Work with HR business partners to handle off-boarding procedures and address any employee issues.
– Lead employee migrations during mergers & acquisitions.
– Regularly generate organization-wide reports and dashboards for the leadership team.
Lead PMS:
– Manage end to end the Performance Management Process for the aligned location or divisions
– Work with all Stakeholders to drive closure of assessments as per timelines
– Provide assistance to the entire PMS process including salary revisions/appraisals
– Orient new joiners on the PMS process
– Provide support and assistance to supervisors in drafting SOPs and checklist on PMS process
• Research on KRAs and Competencies applicable for new roles and create assessment templates
– Able to do analysis of performance data as per business needs
– Maintain performance management files and guidelines (e.g., Divisonwise KRA & CA files, approval emails, performance review guidelines)
– Monitors process related information regularly and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
