Design Engineering: HTE (0425DES)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mech Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs] Experience in mechanical design of shell &tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels for Refinery, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Petrochemical sectors. Basic knowledge of Design codes such as ASME BPVC (DIV1, DIV 2), IBR. Experience in using design software such as PVElite, Compress, preparing inputs for and checking of detail drawings, ASME code Sec VIII Div 1 & Div 2, Sec II, TEMA/API 660. Basic knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, welding processes used in manufacturing of static equipment is desirable

Thermal Design Engineering: HTE (0425TDES)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mech; Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs] Experience in HTRI, HTFS, shell & tube heat exchanger equipment like Waste Heat Boilers, Rod- baffle type heat exchangers, TEMA type heat exchangers. knowledge of refinery and fertilizer processes, shell & tube heat exchanger thermal design/ sizing.

Design Engineering: RPV (0425RDES)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mech; Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs] Experience in Static equipment design of pressure vessels for Refineries, Oil & Gas equipment, Experience in Engg Software PV-Elite, ASME Codes (Sec VIII Div.1 & 2), PMC/Licensors/EPC Specification &Industrial Standards (i.e. API, NACE, etc). preparation & checking of mechanical design calculation, fabrication drawing, ARMS (Material Technical specification), fabrication drawing, ARMS (Material Technical specification). fabrication drawing, ARMS (Material Technical specification)

FEA Design Engineering: RPV/HTE (0425FDES)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mech; Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs] Expertise in FE analyses: thermal, structural, buckling, fatigue, and creep., elastic-plastic & elastic stress analysis.,ANSYS APDL/Workbench or Abaqus, 2+ years of experience; CAESAR, STAADPRO, NX, SolidWorks is a plus. Understanding of Strength of Materials & Metallurgy,ASME pressure vessel design ASME SEC VIII Div. 1 & 2, Section II A & D), API WRC 107 Codes.

Piping Design Engineering: SFU (0425PDES)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mech; Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs] Knowledge of P & ID, MTO, Isometric Drawings, B31.1/B31.3. CAESAR-II, Auto CAD; STAAD Pro, Auto Spool/Spool Gen is a plus. MTO/BOQ preparation; piping thickness, stress, WRC calculations (IBR, Piping Code). Proficient in design calculations, planning/control. .Exp. with piping isometric/spool drawings, supports, valves.

Welding Engineering RPV (0425WEL)

[M.E./B.E.(Mech./Prod./Metallurgy/Welding Tech Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs]
Knowledge on welding metallurgy of CS/LAS/SS/Ni alloys, ASME codes (IIC, IX, Div 1,2) & API standards, various arc welding processes, welding procedure and welder qualification, welding consumable selection, weld defects, welding fundamentals, manufacturing of Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger, mechanical tests

Site Welding Engineering MRU/SFU (0425SWEL)

[M.E./B.E.(Mech./Prod./Metallurgy/Welding Tech Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs]
Knowledge of Arc welding process, Advance welding process, Welding Automation, HT & Weld Overlay. Exposure to site welding supervision and fabrication, able to prepare & review WPS / PQR/WPQ/Welding consumable estimation/Technical purchase document of welding consumables. Knowledge of ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 & Div.2, Sec IX, Sec II Part C, B31.1, B31.3, IBR, API, EN ISO, AD 2000M

Manufacturing Shops (0425 MFS)

[Dip. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) Work Exp: 2-8 Yrs]
Exp. in Mfg pressure vessel with knowledge of ASME codes. Planning & coordination of fabrication
activities on shop floor in all 3 shifts. Ability to manage workforce of >30 workmen.

FEA Specialist: Product Development (0425 PDPT)

[BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Mech)Work Exp: 5-8 Yrs] Should be proficient in FEA (ANSYS & ABAQUS), with expertise in designing static equipment (Exchangers, Vessels) using FEA. Essential skills include mechanical design per ASME Sec VIII, knowledge of mfg.processes (Welding, PWHT, forging), & familiarity with process plants (Refineries, petrochemicals)

EHS (0425EHS)

[Dip. & PDIS Work Exp: 5-8 Yrs]
Conduct EHS Audits as per ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, theme based inspection, conduct various EHS Training, Awareness Campaign Preparing of weekly tool box talks and voice recording for effective understanding. Participation in EHS Committee meetings & Checking the compliances and Issuance of Safety Work Permits. Third Party liaising for Statutory Inspections and monitoring, Compiling EHS Statistics.

Planning / PMG (0425PLNE)

[BE/B.Tech Mech; Work Exp: 2-6 Yrs]
Must have experience in preparing project plan, work breakdown structure & Project schedules. Knowledge / Monitoring of detail schedules in Primavera and monitoring. To prepare / monitoring progress management system procedure and support project control team. Preparing of quantity booklet and quantity variance analysis.

ESSENTIALS

• Work location will be Hazira

• Should be throughout first class

• Should hold relevant experience of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger etc.

• Should be conversant with ASME codes
