Mechanical Design Engineer, LV MV MCC
7+ years in design/development of
ANSI LV and MV products.
Proficient in 3D modeling (NX preferred) and AutoCAD.
Skilled in designing parts and assemblies from concept to completion.
Experience with sheet metal parts, bus bars, insulation parts, etc.
Expertise in ‘made to order’ manufacturing environments.
Analyzing customer specifications for LV/MV Switchgear/MCC products.
Mechanical ownership of projects: creating BOMs, developing assemblies, validating functionality, and releasing to production.
Familiar with ANSI/IEEE standards (IEEE C37.20.2, C37.20.3, C37.20.7, UL 845). Knowledge of Electrical CAD tools: ACAD, NX (3D CAD), Teamcenter.

Job Description
Total Experience- 3 to 5 Years
Qualification- BE Electrical
Bachelors Deg. In Electrical Engineering Ability to interpret and draft breaker control schematics, panel arrangement drawings (layout drawings), three-line drawings, wiring diagrams and nameplate schedule in
MicroStation software.
Understanding of MV Switchgear product design.
Understanding of electrical systems, schematics, wiring, etc.
Familiar with IEEE-ANSI/NEC/UL/NEMA standards.
Understanding of MV Switchgear product design (Advantage).
Electrical Design Engineer, MV Switchgear
Work Location– Mumbai & Mysuru
Total Experience- 3 to 12 Years Experience in electrical design for MV Switchgear.
Experience with Siemens Switchgear is a bonus. Ability to analyze technical specifications and apply appropriate product solutions to meet customer expectations efficiently and timely.
Prepare technical RFQ packages (SLD, General Arrangement, standard schematics, EBOM)
Expert level proficiency of protection relays, P&C schemes, control schematics, communication network architectures.
Familiarity with IEEE, ANSI, UL, and NEMA standards for MV Switchgear.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
