What role will you play?
Immigration and Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in the host country and assist employees with obtaining necessary visas and work permits. Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of international assignments.
Mobility Policy Development: Contribute to the development and revision of the company’s global mobility policies to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Vendor Managements Liaise with service providers, immigration consultants, to secure necessary services for the international assignments.
Data and Reporting: Ensure to maintain accurate records and generate reports related to global mobility activities, and assignment SLAS
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboard for GMM operations.
Own dashboards at the team level.
Prepare quarterly/monthly/Yearly reports.
Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis.
Coordinate between GMM team and other functions.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.
Good knowledge of MS Excel w.r.t MIS Reporting, Pivot tables, H lookup, V lookup, Formulas, data entry, maintaining excel sheets.
Good/Quick Learner.
