Job Description:

Customer Focused Attitude
Willing to work in night and rotation shift
Accurately follow pre-defined business process
Ability to work within a team
Adaptable to changing demands and conditions
Ability to communicate at all levels and good communication skills
Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client
Ensure 100% adherence to schedule
Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, schedule adherence and maintenance of requisites

Technical Skills:

Looking for Graduates (10+2+3), preferred B.Com, B.B.M, B.B.A. No post graduates, diploma or BE/BTech graduates
Passing Year Range May 2021-Oct 2025
Basic knowledge of Capital markets and Investment banking
Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (as per test results on typing software)
Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff
Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates – Passed May 2021 to Oct 2025. No PG/Diploma/BE/BTech.
Skills: 30 WPM typing (90% accuracy), MS Word/Excel basics, strong communication (written/spoken).
Key Traits: Customer-focused, team player, adaptable to night/rotational shifts, 100% schedule adherence, meets targets (productivity, accuracy).
What You’ll Do: Follow processes accurately, handle client interactions professionally, stay updated on products/services, and thrive in a fast-paced back-office environment.
