Hiring for Graduate Apprentice Trainee (New Installation Sales)
Schindler India’s Graduate Apprentice Trainee Program (GAT) New Installation Sales is a one year program for aspirants with Engineering background (BE/ BTech).
The program involves one year on the job training giving the employee an opportunity to experience the sales department.
At the end of one year, depending on performance & availability of role, the company may absorb the trainees for a full time role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying sales opportunities by constantly scanning the defined geography, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers
•Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given timeframe
• Is the “one-stop-window” for the customer. Leading the project to its successful completion and handing over to the customer
• Handles customer within a defined territory/geographic location
