TATA Advanced Systems Walk-In Drive at Bengaluru
Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Production
Qualification: BE / B.Tech
Experience: 2-8 Years
Plan and schedule the activities on the basis of program requirements to achieve the production targets
Plan vs actual as per DDL (Daily dispatch/delivery list)
Execute / Implement / track production activity, ensure that products meet quality standards as described into the work documents
Ensuring Optimum resource utilization (Man, Machine, Material and space) & continuous improvements (Kaizen, Poka yoke & Inventory control)
Candidates from Composites/Aerospace/Automotive industry are preferred
Production Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 3-6 Years
Understanding the monthly/daily plan as per IMS and make sure targets are met
Ensuring work practices such as CLC, Andon, PTAB etc. processes are being followed as per the documents and safety Requirement
Candidates must be from Composites/Aerospace/Automotive industry background
Machine Operator
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 3-6 Years
Hands on experience in handling CNC/VMC (3 axis & 5 axis) machines
Good Experience in controllers like Siemens, Eckellmann, Super control, Fanuc etc
Knowledge on Machine OEE, Poka Yoke, RCCA, 7QC Tools, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
