- Minimum of 1+ years of Oracle in employee data management
- Overall work experience of 1+ years within HR operations
- Should have interacted with Employees as part of learning admin experience
- Should have worked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance
- Preferably should have worked on Success Factors Employee Central
- Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of employee personal information and documents.
- Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization
