Job Description:
Search for existing information into the system.
Obtain new information and enter it into the system
Intake referral information as per client guidelines.
Provide Spanish/English interpretation as accurate as possnible
Take notes during interactions to avoid asking repetitive questions
Qualification:
High School graduate with advanced communication (reading, writing and listening) skills.
1 year of customer service experience in inbound/outbound position.
Proficiency in Medical Terminology is a plus
